It's spacious, vast,

empty and open like my soul.

It's large and noticeable,

but I still don't fit in.

It's been here too long.

I feel like an old 80's song.

I'm floating away,

but to where?

It's crazy that I only see flaws

and how crows only say ka-caw.

My pieces and parts don't match

like the bad partnership of Hobbs and Shaw.

Will I ever see a light

except for those out of sight?

I'm entering the void!

I see only the painful past.

Hate by J.L. (Writing Our Stories)

He climbs into us through any open passage, just so he can crawl his way into our chest. He gives off a smell of rotten eggs and sulfur....
